Internal tools for staff who manage research and technology records. The portal covers search, an approval step before database updates, and natural-language questions over those records.

Portfolio sites for designers, and outsourced web development for business clients. Worked with designers to turn layouts into responsive, interactive pages.

Work

Columbia Technology Ventures Portal

2023–2025

Software engineer intern

Flask endpoints on MySQL, and a JavaScript table for sorting, pagination, and CSV export. Record edits stay staged until they are approved. Natural-language questions become SQL through the OpenAI API, with an editable preview. Daily reports refresh from Google Cloud Storage.

Identicycle

2022–2023

Project lead, full-stack developer

A TensorFlow and Keras network that sorts trash photos into eight categories. Perl scripts collect and label the training images. NumPy and Matplotlib views show the filters the model learned.

Backend developer

Campus wayfinding with 360° images. I implemented and tested A* pathfinding, designed the node, connection, and waypoint data, and built Node.js and Express APIs that return routes from SQL.

Frontend developer

A lightweight module with D3 visualizations, keyword detection inside an embed, and a dataset of relationships between celebrities. Layouts were built with a designer to hold up across devices and browsers.

Game information site

A healing game about LuLu, a squirrel whose island is disrupted by changing temperatures. LuLu goes looking for a crystal acorn that can grow water. Acorns on the map refill energy and run out. The site introduces the game and links the game design document.
